I did a quick google search and understand the general principle of the glass roof and rear window changing color with rain and condensation due to the UV/IR reflective coating. However, all of the pictures I've seen are orange/red tint, somewhat of a gradient, and affect both the roof and rear window similarly. As the two lightest Tesla colors are Silver Metallic and Pearl White Multi-Coat, it stands to reason that one of these colors has to be the easiest to maintain. Since Silver Metallic is unavailable in the 2023 model year, Pearl White Multi-Coat is left as the lightest, easiest Tesla Model Y color to take care of.2023 MY.
